Doctor of Physical Therapy
Dr. Carli Schiffres received her Bachelors of Science degree in Sports and Exercise Science from the University of Central Florida. She then went on to receive her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences.
Her background lies in various settings, yet primarily orthopedic conditions, sports injuries, both surgical and non-surgical, and neurological conditions. Her passion for Physical Therapy began after receiving therapy herself in high school following a dance related injury.
Carli has danced competitively throughout her life and graduated with a dance minor while completing her Bachelor’s degree at UCF. These experiences along with a passion to help others has led her to have the knowledge and a strong drive to help individuals reach their therapeutic goals. She believes it is very important to continue to learn and keep up with current research to provide an evidenced based individualized physical therapy program specific to each patient.
